depending on what you do require for your event.
You will be send a contract, which you must sign and
return to us with a deposit of minimum 25% of the agreed fee.
If you do which to pay this deposit by cheque,
it must be cleared before the event.

When contacting Belly Dance South to book an event,
please have the following information ready.
- Address and telephone number of the venue
- Approximate dimension of the dance area / stage.
(The bigger the area, the better the performance)
Please note that the Wings of Isis have a
wing span of approx. 10 ft and an adequate space is
needed for the performance,
including height has to be considered.
- What the dance floor is made of
(Grass, Carpets and uneven flooring
will effect the quality of the performance)
- Who the audience will be, and an approx.
head count of how many people will be attending.
- What is the event? Birthday Party? Weeding? Hen Night? etc?
- Name(s) of the special guest(s) i.e: Name of the Bride and Groom or the Hen.
- What sort of music system will be available?
- Accurate direction to the venue.
- The time you expect the performance to start.
- Contact telephone number (possibly mobile) of someone in charge of the event.
